01Which measurements make a T-shirt boxy?+
Chest width, body length, shoulder width, sleeve length, sleeve opening, neck rib, and their tolerances are confirmed together. “Boxy” alone is not a production measurement.
02Can heavyweight jersey change the boxy shape?+
Yes. Jersey composition, GSM, wash route, shrinkage, and neck-rib recovery all change drape and final proportions, so they are approved with the sample.
03Can a boxy tee be graded across sizes?+
Yes, after the base-size measurements and grade rules are approved. The grade is reviewed with the intended market and size range rather than inferred from a reference image.
04What should we send for a quote?+
Send a tech pack, reference images or sample, target quantity, market, required date, and the fit or material decisions you already know.
05What happens before bulk production?+
Required samples, materials, measurements, colors, artwork, labels, packing, commercial terms, and timing are approved before bulk work begins.
