Custom pants development

Baggy & Wide-Leg Pants

Custom baggy and wide-leg pants manufacturing with controlled rise, hip, leg, hem, fabric, wash, measurement approval, and quality checks.

Development direction

Confirm the silhouette before production.

Baggy and wide-leg are separate fit decisions. A baggy silhouette carries deliberate ease through the hip and leg; a wide-leg silhouette is defined by the leg line and hem. We confirm the intended balance from waist to break before production.

Share your target fit, fabric or denim route, wash, size range, quantity, and market. Measurements and tolerances are approved before bulk work begins.

Fit specification

Build from measurable decisions.

The production route is based on the approved specification, not a label alone.

Buyer FAQ

What we confirm before quoting.

01How are baggy and wide-leg pants distinguished?+

Baggy usually refers to overall volume; wide-leg refers specifically to leg width. The approved rise, hip, thigh, knee, hem, and inseam define the actual result.

02Which size data is required for pants?+

Provide target waist, rise, hip, thigh, knee, hem, inseam, intended break, and grading expectations. A worn reference is helpful but does not replace the measurement table.

03Does denim wash affect the finished leg opening?+

Yes. Fabric weight, shrinkage, wash recipe, and finishing can alter dimensions and drape. The finished-garment tolerance is approved before bulk production.

04What should we send for a quote?+

Send a tech pack, reference images or sample, target quantity, market, required date, and the fit or material decisions you already know.

05What happens before bulk production?+

Required samples, materials, measurements, colors, artwork, labels, packing, commercial terms, and timing are approved before bulk work begins.
