Barrel, horseshoe, and curved-leg jeans create volume through an intentional outer-leg curve and a controlled hem. The pattern, fabric body, wash, and measurement points must work together; a generic wide-leg block is not enough.
We review the reference, denim weight, stretch, wash direction, size range, quantity, and target market before a sample route is confirmed.

The side-seam curve, knee volume, thigh, hem opening, inseam, and front/back balance are defined on a measurement table and verified through a fitted sample.
02Can a curved-leg jean still have a wide hem?+
Yes. Curved-leg and wide-leg can overlap, but the hem opening and side-seam curve are approved as separate measurements.
03What should be approved on a denim wash sample?+
Confirm shade, abrasion, hand feel, shrinkage, twist, trim appearance, and the finished dimensions after washing before authorizing bulk.
04What should we send for a quote?+
Send a tech pack, reference images or sample, target quantity, market, required date, and the fit or material decisions you already know.
05What happens before bulk production?+
Required samples, materials, measurements, colors, artwork, labels, packing, commercial terms, and timing are approved before bulk work begins.
