You stay in control before bulk production.

The website collects the brief. The order moves forward through quotation, artwork, sample, and final specification approvals.

    You approve the base garment and size run.

    Upload the artwork

    Send one PDF, PNG, or JPG with placement dimensions and colour references.

    You receive a list of any file changes needed.

    Confirm the decoration plan

    We match the artwork, garment surface, colour, quantity, and desired handfeel to a production route.

    You approve the method, placement, and visible effect.
  4. 04

    Confirm quote and sample route

    We confirm project scope, price, minimum quantity, timing, and whether a sample or strike-off is required.

    You approve the quote and sample route.
  5. 05

    Approve the final specification

    Blank, colours, size split, artwork, packing, and approved reference are recorded together.

    You approve the production specification.
  6. 06

    Produce, check, and ship

    Production follows the approved reference, with inspection and packing before dispatch.

    You receive the completed custom order.
Before you send

Sizing

Choose by garment measurement.

Compare the chart with a garment you already own. State whether a chest value is a flat width or full circumference when you provide your own measurements.

Artwork

Send exact wording and colour references.

Check spelling, ownership, finished dimensions, background transparency, and every colour before approval. Vector PDF is preferred when available.

Sampling

Approve the effect, not only the file.

Ink, thread, wash, garment colour, and fabric surface affect the finished result. We confirm whether a digital proof, strike-off, or decorated sample is required for the project.
