    Material sourcing

    Fabric and trims are matched to product behavior, budget, availability, MOQ, testing, and color requirements.

    Quality control

    Material receipt

    Lot identity, shade grouping, width, weight, defects, trims, and supporting reports are checked at receipt.

    Developed sample and pattern reviewed together at the sample table

    Pattern & prototype

    The pattern translates measurements and construction into the first physical sample for design review.

    Prototype review

    Construction sequence, seam type, placement, dimensions, and machine requirements are checked against the technical file.

    Developed garment and material references reviewed together in the sample room

    Fit & size set

    Measurements, balance, mobility, finishing, and grading are checked and corrected against comments.

    Fit & size-set approval

    Measurements, balance, mobility, grading, function, and agreed tolerances are verified before sizes are released.

    Decorated sample checked against colour swatches and labels before production

    Pre-production lock

    All materials, trims, measurements, artwork, labels, packaging, and workmanship standards are signed off.

    The approved sample, specification, measurement chart, artwork, labels, materials, and workmanship are locked into one file.

    Bulk cutting & sewing
